INFORMATION WE NEED FROM YOU, SO THAT WE CAN GIVE YOU PRICE & AVAILABILITY:

DATE — The date on which you are interested in the musicians playing.

LOCATION — The venue and its location.

EVENT — The nature of the event (e.g. wedding, corporate function etc.)

START AND FINISH TIME — We normally charge by the time the musicians are with you. The longer you have them, the less they cost per hour.

YOUR NAME — Any other information you think will help us = as musicians ourselves, we are happy to discuss options and make suggestions if this is helpful to you.

Why don't we have prices & availability on the web site?

Availability is constantly changing. Prices depend not only on the music group, but how long they are with you, how far they have to travel, and sometimes the date on which you would like them to play e.g. New Year.

Generally, prices quoted:

- Are valid for a limited period only;

- Time given against price is from when the first note is played/sung to when the last note is played /sung;

- Include travel;

- Include vat where applicable;

- Additions are typically, that for all performances, during the performance soft drinks, sandwiches or other appropriate food is provided for the band, and that. Details applicable to a particular group will be given with the confirmation of booking;

- Assumes that the client will provide parking for the musician's vehicle(s) adjacent to the venue;

- Any vehicle congestion charges are in addition to the quoted price;

- Deposits are non-returnable and cancellation clauses apply;

- Full contract terms and conditions are supplied on booking.
